What: Blackhat USA - Originally the “professional” side of defcon, sold years ago and remains one of the premier cybersecurity events. A core component of HackerSummerCamp.

Trainings start on the 1st. Briefings which are the core events, start on the 5th (Wednesday). The Business Hall (think RSA on a slightly smaller scale) opens Tuesday afternoon.

When: August 5th - 6th, 2026 for the Briefings, Trainings occur the weekend before, and the Business Hall opens on the 4th.
